Ashley-Adrien Events provides a range of wedding planning packages to suit your needs. They offer full-planning services for couples who seek a professional hand to take the reins. Partial planning is available for couples that prefer expert guidance on their vision. And to ensure that your day goes seamlessly, Ashley-Adrien Events offers day-of coordination.
For those that don't want or need a planner/coordinator or don't have the budget for a traditional package, they offer virtual wedding planning packages and consultations. Book a 50-minute session and ask all your wedding-related questions. Go over contracts, get advice, and strategize. Call once to get the fundamentals of planning down before you begin or a few months prior to your wedding to make sure you did everything you needed to do to make the day a success. You can even schedule monthly check-ins at a discounted rate.
Virtual planning packages are a fraction of the price of traditional planning but still include a dedicated planner to guide you through the planning process. These packages are suitable for couples all around the country, not just VA.

Ashley was absolutely fantastic. She was easy to work with, very detailed, and took care of everything for us that we didn't want to deal with on the wedding day. She was prompt and very hard working. Definitely recommend her to anyone for their wedding or special event.

We hired Ashley to be a day-of coordinator for a small, intimate outdoor ceremony. She was super helpful from the get-go, and provided a great list of vendors to help us plan the ceremony. She was very organized with contacting our vendors and ensuring everyone was on the same page, which we extra appreciated for a small wedding like ours where we wanted to keep things simple and stress-free. Our wedding day was rainy, and Ashley helped whip together an amazing back-up plan--we gave her creative control in decorating the indoor ceremony space on the fly, and she did such a beautiful job in creating a unique and romantic ceremony space. I'm not sure what we would have done without her! We would absolutely recommend her, as her professionalism and positivity are top-notch. Thank you for helping to make our day amazing!

Ashley was by far the best money I spent on my wedding. She took so much stress off me and went above and beyond what she was contracted to do. She is always on your side during the wedding planning and will do whatever is needed to pull off your special day. From the moment I hired her I was less stressed. Her calmness, competence, incredible attention to detail, and lovely personality made her the perfect person for the job. During the wedding day, she was pretty much my fiance's and my best friend, because she handled all problems and complaints so that he and I didn't have to, and out of everyone there she alone looked after our basic needs in making sure we had moments of much-needed quiet and privacy, food and drink (if not for her we wouldn't have gotten to eat on our wedding day!), and blister relief pads. When we came to the reception from an hour of photos outside in the heat, Ashley had our favorite drinks, an air-conditioned room, and a platter of food waiting for us as soon as we walked in. She did things like negotiate with my vendors on my behalf, act as a sounding board for my ideas, comforted and calmed me during all the wedding stress and frustration, and had the venue decorated according to my exact specifications. She always knew immediately what I wanted and envisioned for the wedding probably even better than I did, and she made it happen.
My now-husband and I have been singing her praises ever since, and we both agree she is the best at what she does. Our guests loved her as well, as she was discreet and friendly and not bossy or intimidating like some coordinators. I would hire her again in a heartbeat, and will be recommending her to anyone planning a wedding!

Absolutely Amazing!
Ashley and her team are wonderful!! My husband and I were so happy to have found her and could not have been more pleased with our experience. Not only is Ashley very personable and easy to talk to, but she is incredibly professional, organized, and really knows what she's doing. She will make you feel as relaxed as you can be on your wedding day. When things go wrong, she handles it! During our ceremony we had some unexpected music being played from a nearby home and she took care of it as fast as possible, and the rest of the ceremony was beautiful. Ashley also gave us some money saving tips that really helped our overall wedding costs. She is a gem. We will miss her!

I hired Ashley-Adrien Events for my wedding day as a day of coordinator. From the first day contacting her, Ashley took time to meet me in person and talk about my wedding day and see if she was the right fit for us. Ever since that day, Ashley and her team absolutely went above and beyond anything I expected. For our rehearsal, Amy came and helped run the rehearsal with our officiant. She answered any and all questions and was so receptive to any changes we wanted to make. After a medical emergency that happened with someone in the bridal party the day of the rehearsal, Ashley contacted me just to check in and make sure everything was okay. The day of the wedding, Amy and Tiffany were there all day. They had coordinated with us and our vendors and had made a day of production timeline that they distributed it out to everyone. If there was anything that went wrong, I did not know about it. They were discrete, professional, warm, and proactive. When we sat down for dinner, before it was served, they had already gotten two full plates for my husband and I to eat. Tiffany even got me a drink while I was eating! I cannot express how truly grateful I am for Ashley and her team. Amy and Tiffany were absolutely incredible and I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you for making my day go as smoothly as possible. It truly was the best day of my life.
