My wife and I were engaged for a year and a half before our wedding. I’m proud of what we locked down in that first year, but I’m telling you right now—our day would not have happened without Tionna. Booking vendors opens so many different lines of communication; juggling them all was immeasurably easier with her in our corner. She took the reins on the big stuff, like drafting a timeline with our venue or making a rehearsal dinner even happen. She coached us through the little stuff, like pinning flowers on my groomsmen and arranging a twenty person bridal party on a crowded rooftop. She understood our vibe instantly and filled the gaps in our vision. She’s knowledgeable, she’s communicative, she’s staggeringly prompt. She and the small army that is Wedicity will ensure you get hitched without a hitch.

First advice about weddings I heard was, "if you can, get a wedding planner". But, I didn't get just planner, I got Tionna and her team! From my first meeting with her, I could see her experience and her strive for excellence. She took initiative to collaborate to with my vendors and had an online portal that kept it all organized. There were so many little details that they just knew how to take care of. The communication - AMAZING WediCity let me experience my own wedding without stressing or thinking about logistics. Everything was just perfectly taken care of in the background. I felt like a queen being gently ushered from one amazing part of my wedding to another. I don't know how I could have planned a wedding and loved it so much without Wedicity's help. Also need to mention how much Tionna rocks the non-traditional ceremony format! We had inexperienced officiant and she walked them through everything. They felt so comfortable by the time of the ceremony. She knew about all the little movements that are necessary to make it look cohesive (and get good pics). We even got the more traditional guests raving about our ceremony :D

Wow!! 5 stars aren’t enough to describe what a phenomenal Wedding & Event planner Wedicity is!! Our company enlisted Tionna to design and execute our annual wedding industry gala for our 2020 magazines and couldn't be more thrilled with the results! She came up with an inspirational, truly lovely vision and we can't thank her enough for all the hard work (hours and hours and hours) and love she put into it to make her stunning vision come to life. Tionna’s incredible organization from beginning to end made everyone's job much easier. She lead the entire vendor team with efficiency, professionalism and kindness throughout, allowing each person to showcase their best work. With the beautiful venue still in its opening phases, there were many obstacles to overcome but you would never know it as an event attendee. Tionna is an absolute pleasure to do business with as she approaches her work with passion, warmth and enthusiasm! She brings creativity and out of the box thinking to all situations. She gives 110% to every every task and is an excellent communicator. I appreciate her impeccable follow through and I highly recommend working with her.

If you want a beautiful, no-stress wedding day, hire Tionna and her team! It was great not having to worry about coordinating all our vendors and the timeline of the actual wedding day. Tionna and her team took care of everything. Everyone at Wedicity was lovely to work with and it is clear that they love what they do. Our wedding day was beautiful and I know Wedicity was a big reason why. You will not regret hiring Wedicity!

If we could give Tionna six stars out of five, we would. From day one, she was amazing to work with. She is extremely detail-oriented and sourced vendor quotes for us exactly what she said she would. She shared recommendations for hair/makeup and paper goods from people she trusted. She followed through on all requests and provided realistic suggestions when our dreams of having pictures in historic bars or high-traffic areas would not be possible. Unfortunately, due to the Covid-19 global pandemic, we were not able to have our wedding as planned, but Tionna was right there with us to help cancel all our vendors. She was supportive and helped us stay positive during a tumultuous time of uncertainty. We could not recommend her enough to anyone looking for a coordinator for their wedding.

At first, I was hesitant to allocate part of our budget on a day of coordinator. Being a Client Success Director and running point on projects, I thought that I could plan our wedding ourselves. I learned very quickly that I NEEDED Tionna (and her team). If I did not have her, I am not sure our wedding would have happened. I would have been even more stressed and my unconventional day would not have gone smoothly and it would have been disjointed. She filled in the blanks and executed my vision with her always cool and calm demeanor. She has endless knowledge, experience, and contacts. She thought of every small detail and genuinely loves what she does. She did a lot of small things that made my wedding day memorable and special. I won't ruin her surprises for future brides that get to work with her, but she makes it very special and memorable. She takes action and solves problems. On the day of my wedding, there was an unexpected monsoon. It was not just a thunderstorm and with no exaggeration, it rained for over 6 hours sideways. This affected photos, valet and transportation. Before I woke up on my wedding day, she had already contacted my photographer and set up a backup plan to move my carefully thought out locations inside. My inside photos came out better than the original plan. She even came to the salon to check on me. She goes above and beyond in a calm manner and understands all bride's visions. Her service is above par and she is indispensable.

Tionna and her team worked with us on an event that was rescheduled twice (venue wasn't ready) and was under construction to the very last minute. We were thrown curveballs every day and Tionna handled them with grace and a calmness that kept everyone knowing the event would work! She is wildly talented, uber-organized and fabulously patient. I would recommend Tionna and her team to anyone planning a wedding or special event!

Tionna and her team exceeded every single one of our expectations. They took all of the stress off our shoulders and handled every minute of the day with poise and professionalism. They thought of things I didn’t even think I would need day of!! Such an amazing team, I wish we could relive that day a million times because it went that smoothly. Thank you Wedicity for helping us have our dream wedding!

When we decided to on-board Tionna as our full time wedding planner, it was purely on the basis of her fantastic vibe and the calm and comfort she exuded. Little did we realize at the time, that this would turn out to be the best decision we took for our wedding. Tionna went above and beyond with every single detail right from understanding our vision for the wedding, helping us pick the right photographer, videographer, caterer, following a meticulous timeline, while ensuring that we never once felt the stress of our big day approaching. On the day of our wedding, Tionna and her team at Wedicity had every moment planned out, and all the moving parts organized spectacularly, all the while helping us enjoy the day without a worry in the world. So much so, that she even had a lint remover sent at a moment's notice all the way to the photoshoot venue, just so that the pictures would be perfect. And they truly were!!! Thank you Tionna for making our wedding into our dream wedding P.S. She managed to pull this off in under 3 months!

You guys are amazing, kind, professional, attentive, on point answering back to emails, calls, changes and concerns. You all made my wedding beautiful and more than what I expected! You guys are incredible! It was so special to have you be part of my day not only as a planner but as a friend. I cant emphasize that enough. I had some interesting requests and ideas and you both were WAY on board. You went above and beyond to make the day feel seamless and flawless. The planning process was smooth and I always felt taken care of. I knew you had my best interest at heart and made sure I had the bridal experience I always wanted. Tionna and Kristina did a wonderful job as our 90 day planners. They handled everything the day of (I didn't think about one little detail, and things just got done!) and they helped calm our nerves the days and months leading up to the wedding. We can't thank them enough and highly recommend for your big day.

The best decision we made for our January wedding was hiring the Wedicity team. We were late to the game, but Tionna and Camille jumped in immediately and I instantly felt at ease that our day would be perfect.
