Your Day with Caylie J

My husband and I were one of the unlucky Covid couples that had to postpone several times until we got to have our big day. Caylie was not our original day of coordinator but after several reschedules and date conflicts, we were told Caylie was going to be helping us the day of the wedding. I only got to meet her once before the wedding which was the day before the wedding at the rehearsal (obviously a little nerve racking as a bride but we were committed). I warned her that we had a big, loud, rowdy family and bridal party and we’re gonna need some extra help on her part reeling them all in for photos etc and keeping them all in line ;) Caylie BLEW US AWAY!!!! she handled not only our rehearsal like a pro and gave amazing suggestions, but she made our much awaited and anticipated big day absolutely seemless. I can honestly say that she made our day perfect. She was extremely professional and so fun to work with. And she did an amazing job at wrangling our wild family in a professional way. I am so so thankful that the stars aligned to allow Caylie to be our coordinator that day! She’s the best!

We loved Caylie! She took wonderful care of us, our guests, and our special day. I was so grateful to have her with us because she was calm and collected which helped me stay in the moment. She made every effort to make sure we were happy and comfortable with everything leading up to the event and especially on our big day. I couldn't have asked for a better coordinator. Everything was so lovely with Caylie on our team!

Caylie is wonderful! Extremely detail oriented, very organized and extremely communicative. She had a peaceful, calming and supportive presence. Caylie has a wealth of knowledge and expertise. I would highly recommend!

Your Day with Caylie J was thorough, easy to communicate with, and always there to assist. We had some last minute changes due to weather and it was handled with such detail and professionalism, it eliminated any stress. The wedding process can be a lot to take on, but with Caylie and her team we felt at ease and assured that everything was taken care of. Our day was perfect and we received several compliments on how organized and beautiful everything was. There were some many little details that were brought up in meetings that I didn’t even think of. We are truly thankful and would highly recommend to anyone who is starting out on the planning journey!
