Alexis went above and beyond to make our wedding day absolutely perfect. She has impeccable taste, extensive industry knowledge and experience, and great connections with amazing vendors. She is incredibly warm and was wonderful to work with throughout a challenging year with even more challenging circumstances.

Alexis was hands down the best planner I could have ever asked for. I had a very specific vision for our wedding, and she was my partner in crime every step of the way. Not only was she organized, a great listener, detail oriented and creative - she was so kind and thoughtful not only to me, but also to my family and all of our guests on the big day. Our wedding weekend was so special and perfect, and so much of that is because of Alexis. I wish I could do it all over again. Thank you so much Alexis!

Where to even begin…. Alexis made our day unforgettable and we truly couldn’t have done it without her. From the beginning, my husband, Alexis and I just clicked. She understood our vision and brought it to life effortlessly. Unfortunately we had to cancel our large 250 person Napa Valley wedding due to covid and ended up scaling back to an elopement. Alexis made the transition as stress free as changing your wedding could be. She talked us through many different options and scenarios… and all while across the country from us. (Us in Florida and her in Cali) Even the day before our wedding, we considered moving the venue from Sonoma to the coast due to the fires and smoke. She had multiple backup options for us within hours. Ultimately, we kept with our original plan, and I’m so glad we did because we got the wedding that we dreamed of plus more. I couldn’t imagine a more perfect day and that was all thanks to Alexis and her team. I would hire her over and over again for any events we have in the future.

Alexis is one of my very favorite planners to work with! As a full service wedding florist, we see first hand how much planners manage, and Alexis is one who handles it all with grace. She is not only lovely to be around and can easily set a group at ease, she also has an impeccable eye for design and the details that make an event distinct. Alexis is highly organized, reliable, kind, collaborative, and has great taste. I can't recommend her highly enough!!

Alexis was an absolute pleasure to work with! I really enjoyed how responsive and direct she was which made all of the planning efficient and smooth. She also offered her honest opinions and gently steered us in a manner which met our needs. She introduced us to amazing vendors and met all of our expectations for such an important day. We got married March 14, 2020 right as the Covid-19 pandemic was starting to shut everything down around the country. Alexis helped ease our concerns and shift as needed as our big day approached. Thanks to the hard work Alexis and her team put in, we were able to enjoy our wedding day to the fullest. We would highly recommend Alexis!!!

Alexis, Amanda and the whole team at ARE were so instrumental in making our wedding dream come to fruition. They handled all of the vendors, making it an easy process for us to sign contracts and choose the items and designs we wanted to include for our wedding. Their relationships were key to finding our photographer, our designer, our music (string quartet for ceremony and DJ for reception), our cake (best wedding cake I've ever had), and so many more. We had two themes for our wedding, one for the ceremony and cocktail hour, and another for the reception, which helped bring the two sides of our family and culture together (Chinese + American). The planning process helped bring out the ideas we wanted then worked with their team to really create the vision. For the wedding weekend, they made everything run smoothly. Their experience brought so many elements we would never have thought of that saved us on multiple occasions. They helped us have zero stress as everything was planned out minute-by-minute. Any time we had a request, someone from the ARE team was there with a solution. It was a great experience. We can summarize our wedding experience as "we wish we were able to attend our own wedding as guests" since it was everything we wanted, but as the host you don't get the same experience!

It's really hard to capture just how amazing Alexis and her entire team were as we brought our wedding vision to life. We walked into this and knew we wanted something "completely different" and at every decision point, we pushed to do something different than the traditional approach. Alexis' design was incredible and brought our vision to life in a way that we couldn't have imagined. Our guests are still talking about how it was the most differentiated wedding they've ever been to and was an experience of a lifetime from beginning to end. Alexis and her entire team have become part of our family and we can't wait for the next event we have to pull Alexis in and bring another vision to life!
