My husband and I were finding it very hard to find a good wedding planner and we originally had a different wedding planner who was leaving all the work to us. We were so dissatisfied with our old wedding planner and a friend recommended Angelica to us. Angelica came in with just a couple months left to go, she got up to speed super quickly, and she immediately got to work! She has such a calming energy and she is SUPER organized - I was so impressed by her. On the wedding weekend, I suddenly felt so busy with family and friends, and Angelica took care of so many last minute things for us, even things that we had forgotten about. There are so many little details that we didn't even think of that Angelica helped us with and we are so grateful for her! She and her husband are both so kind, professional, and sweet. I'm so happy we found Angelica to help us plan our wedding. I originally wanted to work with her because she has wedding planning experience in both California and Hawaii - and at this point, we were still deciding between the two. But once we settled on our Hawaii location, things started to roll. She was very easy to stay in contact with and kept us updated throughout the whole process. I had a tendency to change my mind constantly but she was very patient with me and managed to give us everything we wanted. Where do I even begin? Angelica was one of the main reasons our wedding happened! Without her support and knowledge I would have been completely lost and overwhelmed! She took the load off me when it came to everything! I got to do all the fun stuff while she took care of the dirty work, she was easy to work with and if I could get married again, I’d run to her in a heart beat. She had all the answers and if she didn’t she found them for me. Not to mention she has an amazing team to support her, they all had hands in putting our wedding together and again I’m so so blessed we crossed paths! We were so lucky to have found Angelica! From our first meeting, Angelica was very easy to talk to and very detailed with all our meetings. We had about 9-10 months to plan our wedding and every month we had a meeting with her. Each meeting focused on one area of the wedding and so forth. Every meeting we review what we discussed and the next items to take care of. Angelica help us made sure we didn't forget anything, which we would often do. Our friend had amazing things to say, so we decided to reach out to Angelica to connect. We instantly connected and knew we needed to book her for our wedding! We really liked her style and her keen eye to details. We met with Angelica several times to discuss our vision, wants and needs, and the process of planning a wedding. She really went above and beyond with creating our vision boards, connecting with her plethora of vendors, answering any questions or concerns in a timely manner, and really being there for us. Angelica is one of a kind! What started off as a simple wedding planning inquiry turned into a new friendship. She's very responsive, a great person to ideate with, flexible, and always ready and willing to help with whatever I needed! What I appreciated most was the wedding planning tool she gave me access to that was very user-friendly. I was on that almost every day keeping tabs on the budget, timeline, guest list, table diagrams, etc. She also created decor checklists and packing lists for me. We were also able to communicate through it. All in all, she's a great person to have alongside you as you plan your magical day!
