Jessica was incredible! We had a very low key wedding but wanted to be stress free for the day of the wedding so we did the "Wedding Coordinator" package. She was very thorough, incredibly communicative, and had great ideas for areas where we needed input. She completely respected our ideas and visions for the wedding and always made us feel heard. On the day of the wedding she handled almost everything from start to finish. We didn't have to take anytime out of our day to do anything - it was incredible!! She was so amazing to work with - we highly recommend her to anyone looking for an amazing wedding coordinator or planner!

I wish we could give 10 stars, Jessica is the BEST and made our day absolutely perfect! She was so organized and helpful, and most importantly FUN! She is a joy to work with and so so helpful. We cannot recommend her enough!

Working with Jessica was a dream come true in so many ways! She was as enthusiastic and invested as we were in making our wedding day truly magical. Our communications were always easy, productive and timely, leaving us not spending a moment feeling stressed about how the day would come together. We loved and appreciated her creativity, and her ability to interpret our ideas and make them come to life in a seamless, collective style. Marrying in Yosemite, it was important to us to bring in elements of the outdoors, seasonal colors, and details inspired by local vendors and places. She delivered on all of it, incorporating colors of spring wildflowers, using natural elements like wood chargers and pinecones, procuring local honey jars for favors, and on and on! Jessica styled a reception for us that was all we asked for and more: intimate, sophisticated, breathtaking, and memorable. Our teen nailed it when she said, "This feels like we're on an episode of Bridgerton!" Jessica certainly made us feel like a king and queen for a day! If the style and design wasn't enough, Jessica did all the leg work in coordinating with local vendors. She worked with them directly on our needs, managed invoices and payments, and coordinated all the set-up and delivery. Our wedding day couldn't have been easier with her on our team! We can't rave enough about Jessica's talent, passion, creativity and energy. She is a gem and we consider ourselves beyond fortunate to have worked with her!

Jessica (The Wandering Bride) did such an AMAZING job as our day-of-coordinator for our 6/4/22 Tenaya Lodge wedding! Jessica went above and beyond to make sure our big day was perfect (and it was!). She helped us with things like creating our timeline, contacting/coordinating with our vendors, leading our rehearsal, setting up our ceremony and reception decor/details, transferring items from the ceremony to reception, moving our items to our storage area, helping the day move smoothly according to the timeline, & more! She did so much as our day-of-coordinator, and therefore, took such a big stress off of us and our families. From our initial inquiry to after the wedding - Jessica has always provided us with the best care and service. Jessica always made us feel comfortable and her friendly personality helped keep us and our families so relaxed and reassured. Jessica was always prompt in answering our questions and kept in close contact with us. Jessica was always very responsive and reached out to all of our vendors and kept everything organized. Little things that you don't realize until the day of the wedding, she handled no problem. She was incredibly helpful and very pleasant to work with.

Jess was a godsend for us. Before we spoke with Jess, we felt like we had organized around 75% of our wedding. We were so wrong. Jess took the reigns and got us over the finish line. Every check-in we had with Jess left us feeling more relaxed about our big day. And on the day of, Jess was a hero. Our wedding matched our vision BECAUSE we hired Jess. Jess was fantastic! Months leading up to the wedding through the wedding day communication was great! Planning a destination wedding with so many unknowns can be stressful but The Wandering Bride made every step along the way much easier.
