Jenna is incredible! We felt so lucky to have her skillful, calm, efficient and gracious assistance for our daughter’s August 2021 wedding. She is a fabulous asset for planning and executing an event. She helped us with a number of questions in the months prior to the wedding, seamlessly coordinated communication with our vendors as the day approached, coordinated final planning meetings with great attention to detail, orchestrated “the easiest rehearsal I’ve ever seen” (comment of a seasoned bridesmaid), attended to every detail the day of and basically made our experience lovely, fun and stress-free. Her communications with us were prompt and thorough. Her assistant Shelby was also of wonderful help the day of the wedding. We very highly recommend Up North Events and could not have been happier with our experience.

AMAZING! I'm actually having a difficult time writing this review because I genuinely do not know if I can find the words to describe how amazing Jenna, Shelby, and the team at Up North Events are. Our wedding would not have been the same without them and I would use and recommend them over and over again. We were debating even using a coordinator, but after the first meeting my fiancé and I looked at each other and agreed that session alone was worth it. In addition, Jenna was such a huge help leading up to our wedding and on the big day. Weather was a factor due to our outdoor reception and Jenna had so many wonderful back up plans (which we thankfully did not need), was wiping things down and setting things up on the day of, helped coordinate with every vendor, and took so much stress off of us. Their communication is impeccable and she has literally thought of everything meaning there were no last minute stressors at all. Also, as a first time bride I did not realize how much goes into planning a wedding. The amount of little details, decisions that need to be made, and communication with each vendor can be overwhelming. However, I am so thankful we barely experienced that because Jenna and Shelby stepped in and handled everything while working with us to ensure it met our vision. For any couple that is on the fence, I promise you will be so happy to work with Jenna. Our day was stress free and we were able to focus solely on each other and our guests without having to worry about the little details. Also, Jenna and Shelby are just the greatest, sweetest, and most caring people. I cannot say enough great things about them!! Thank you Up North Events, you mean so much to us!

I hired Jenna to be my wedding coordinator for my wedding this past August and I am so glad I did! Jenna was extremely organized and helpful leading up to my wedding day making sure she knew of every little detail to ensure that my big day ran smoothly. She helped me feel less anxious on the day of because I knew she had everything under control. I had quite a few vendors hired for my wedding day set up and she helped coordinate set up/tear down times with each individual vendor! This was a huge help so I did not have to worry about it at all! Jenna has a super sweet personality and was so great to work with! I highly recommend hiring her for your big day :)

Book with Up North Events. At one point, about six months before the wedding, I was getting really concerned about the budget and I considered not going through with having Jenna as our coordinator. I figured I could have a family friend help. The entire wedding weekend, I thought about that moment and was SO thankful I went through with it. Our weekend would not have been nearly as good without Jenna and her team. She knows the questions to ask, she knows how to make things happen, she is so capable, she is so organized, and she has a calming presence. All of my vendors at one point took me aside to tell me how good of a job Jenna and her team were doing. How well they communicated, how well they kept things on track. Hiring Up North Events will be the most impactful thing you do for your wedding weekend.

Jenna and team are the absolute best to work with! They were so organized, quick to respond on all communication and made sure that every detail was taken care of! Jenna and Shelby were both such gems to work with. Jenna was open with her communication, established strong boundaries, and was honestly just so easy to bounce ideas off of! Shelby was super knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, and offered great advice for decor the day before the wedding. She was on top of it and set up everything, so it looked like a dream!
