Here at the Birch Barn we have a different approach to the normal Wedding Venue Rental. We decided to build this barn for our own wedding. We didn't want the normal get here at this time... be out at this time... terms. We then realized how much people enjoyed the venue and have decided to open it up for others. Included with your rental is a cabin that has two bedrooms + a bunk room, 7 beds, 1 full bath, 1 half bath. This allows you to have your grooms dinner here the night before and a place to stay after your big event. The price included rental of the venue and cabin (Thursday-Sunday), as well as cleaning fee and garbage disposal. This allows you to have Sunday to clean out and pack so you aren't worrying about doing it the night of your wedding :) We also include guided help with your event from caterers, bar tenders, decor, and much more. We only host a total of 10 events a year, so please send us a message so we can start working with you!

This venue made our special day dreams came true! The outside ceremony overlooking the rolling fields, the most beautiful food plot of a moment of privacy and stunning evening photos, and the barn itself is absolutely stunning! The perfect place to celebrate with our 150 guests! We had so many compliments on the location and the hospitality! And in addition to the amazing venue, we had the cabin for the night before and the night of, which made our set up and clean up so much easier and less stress! Our wedding party got to relax Friday evening around the fire on the patio, and it kept Saturday’s set up to a minimum! I couldn’t say enough amazing things about this venue, and the owners! Chuck & Dawn’s hospitality was so kind and amazing! Dawn’s wedding planning/coordinating made The rehearsal dinner and wedding day soooo hands off for the bride & groom! She handled everything from coordinating vendors, herding guests, keeping the day on track, making sure the venue looked presentable, and also all her advice and help leading up to the wedding day was so helpful! I HIGHLY recommend!
