McArthur Weddings & Events is a wedding and event production company based in Denver, Colorado serving the front range, mountains, and beyond. Whether you are local or are looking to plan a destination wedding in the Rocky Mountains, we would love to help bring your vision to life! I believe that meaningful events are a product of connection. Every wedding is as unique as every couple and your wedding should display who you are together. This is why I personally get to know each of my clients, so that you can spend your special day connecting with your loved ones and guests. I am always the lead planner, so you will never have to wonder who to contact. By offering more extensive preparatory coordination, I also offer peace of mind, knowing that all facets of your event have been considered with my experience and your personality in mind. By getting to know you, I make sure that your event reflects your unique tastes and values as a couple to help your guests connect, engage, and share in the joy of your wedding. We provide three main packages: Wedding Day Coordination, Partial Wedding Plan, and Full Wedding Plan. These packages can be customized to meet your needs. We also provide a la carte services including, but not limited to, venue search, RSVP management, wedding favor creation, welcome bag assembly, vendor consultation/contract review, and planning other wedding weekend events.
