Wow, just wow! We held a wedding celebration in Todos Santos and will never forget the amazing event Charlie and Michelle pulled off. The communication throughout the entire almost year we planned was outstanding. I never waited more than a few hours for a response, even on weekends which I really didn’t expect but was very much appreciated. Charlie recommend the PERFECT venues for not only our celebration but also for our rehearsal and accommodation venues. We had fresh fish tacos with fish caught the morning of for our rehearsal, what a treat for everyone to experience in this charming fishing town! The venue we held our wedding celebration at was truly transformed. I couldn’t believe my eyes, we asked for an elegant but colorful celebration and they really pulled it off without us lifting a finger. They took care of everything from coordinating the photographer, to flowers, to food. And can we talk about the music for a moment? We had a local Todos Santos musician who exudes cool strum the guitar for our cocktail hour and a DJ duo who not only mixed dance music but also played killer saxophone and electric guitar. It was epic! I cannot even count how many people came up to me and let me know how wonderful and accommodating all of the people who helped pulled this off were. Nobody wanted for anything, every need was anticipated and met. Planning a wedding so far from home and having Charlie and Michelle really made all the difference. My stress level was literally zero the day of the wedding, we even had a message that morning. We truly cannot express our gratitude for the entire experience and cannot recommend Cabo Wedding Co enough. The only thing that could make it better is if we could do it all over again!

Finding CWC was a blessing. My wife and I had stumbled across Acre and instantly fell in love with the venue. We were then swept away in Instagram and Pinterest bliss. We started the rigorous process of getting bids from individual vendors for all aspects of the wedding. After several disappointing and extremely stressful months we found the CWC website and scheduled a call with Charles the very next day. He was extremely attentive to our needs and understood the aesthetic. We received pricing shortly after and we hired CWC to take care of everything. Shortly after we were introduced to Michelle via zoom and although I missed the first meeting my wife was completely at ease after and raved about how she was excited to start working with Michelle. Her communication was always extremely timely, clear, and concise. She took note of all our questions and diligently worked through them. Michelle took all of our wishes, Instagram references, Pinterest boards & playlists and made them a reality. We've received so many compliments not only from the attendees, but from friends via social media about how beautiful everything was. The day of the wedding Michelle masterfully orchestrated everything. There was absolutely zero stress, zero anxiety or uncertainty. We were gently guided through the days events without a pause, a rush or a single hiccup. Our transportation services arrived on time and staggered so that nobody saw the bride until she was walking down the aisle. She coordinated the flow of entertainment perfectly. Beginning with a string duet during the ceremony and cocktail hour, a mariachi during dinner service and our final transition to a DJ was timely and non intrusive. I could go on forever, seriously, just go with CWC and let Michelle work her magic.
