From the industry
From the moment we opened the doors to our planning and design firm, the search was on to find the most comprehensive, efficient way to manage our business, and with that, each event. From well-prepared three-ring client binders filled with custom documents and complicated spreadsheets to modern-day online tools, we tried every possible way to find a comprehensive solution that would keep us organized, impress our clients and encourage productivity in one online workspace we loved to work in. It wasn’t long before we learned that others in the industry shared the same sentiment. Out of our frustration, Aisle Planner Pro was born, and we set out to create the perfect solution for a wedding pro’s every need.

President & COO
Sara Kincaid
Originally from Maryland, Sara has been a resident of California for the last 18 years and a part of the events industry since 2010, joining the Aisle Planner Pro Team in 2022! When not helping her fellow Industry Professionals set their businesses up for success, she is an avid hiker and backpacker, and lover of travel. When home, her free time is best spent outdoors in sunny San Diego with her friends and her rescue dog Arlo.

Josh Kendall
Josh has many interests and hobbies—a jack of all trades. He loves learning about new things and has had his hand in many different areas. From photography, music production, graphic design, working in the service industry, playing sports, and working deeply with computers, he feels he can offer a unique perspective on software and beyond. He loves bringing a vision and dream to life.

Kimberly Wallace
Kimberly is a long-time resident of San Diego with her roots hailing from the Pacific Northwest. She spent her career in leadership within hospitality, sales & marketing, venue management, and events. Her dog, partner, and his kiddo are her pastime entertainment, along with all of the great beaches, trails, parks, and restaurants of San Diego.

Avyon Mathis
Born and raised in Puerto Rico, now a proud citizen of San Diego. Avy spent her career working in the Hospitality and Customer Service industry. Previously a collegiate Volleyball player in Los Angeles studying English, she now happily spends her days with her two dogs, two cats, and partner exploring beaches, great food, trails, and the world!
Customer Experience Specialist
Jonnaysa Kirkham
While she grew up on the East Coast most of her life, she was actually born in San Diego, CA, and lived there until she was about 7. Now she calls Lancaster, PA home which is just about an hour West of Philadelphia. She is a wife and mom to 2 soon to be teenagers, and her 3 cats. Before AP, she was a wedding planner/business owner for 14 years. She’s always loved all things events and now has come full circle with being part of the AP family! You can find her on the daily sipping coffee or a cocktail, spending time with family and friends, and enjoying the simplicity of life and all it has to offer.
Customer Experience Specialist
Samantha Wolfe
Samantha hails from the Austin TX area, but is a born and raised Houstonian at heart! She discovered her passion for event planning during her college years. After graduating, she embarked on an events internship with a winery, where her love for creating memorable experiences through events truly blossomed. She has worn multiple hats, working in both event coordination and event floristry, as well as in Education, and as a previous AP Bride turned AP Event Coordinator, she looks forward to sharing her passion while supporting the event industry in her new role. When she’s not immersed in work, Samantha enjoys spending time with her family, dogs, cat, donkeys, and cows!
Software Engineer
Javier Gonzalez Ibarra
Javier has a Computer Science degree, and a Master’s in Technology Information and Communication. He is from Ensenada Baja California Mexico and has more than 10 years of web development experience in different technologies like Ruby on Rails, Symfony, and Python. He has been working for Aisle Planner for 6 years now and in the last 3 years, has focused on the AP architecture in AWS and DevOps related processes and deployment.

Kati Driscoll
In 2017, Kati and her boyfriend (now husband) left their lives in Massachusetts to drive across the country to sunny San Diego and never looked back! Kati has spent her career working in the hospitality industry – mainly in corporate events. Having recently joined the AP team in May 2022, she’s excited to still be a part of the event world, but in a new capacity. She is a wife and dog mom to her sheprador, Riley. In her free time, Kati loves spending time outdoors in nature, traveling to new places, exploring new restaurants, and doing anything to keep her active.
Software Engineer
Jesus Anaya
Jesus grew up in a small town in Mexico. He’s currently working as a Software Engineer, and he loves technology, coffee shops, wineries, and traveling. He enjoys road trips, visiting other countries, and learning more about different cultures and languages.
